The team at Property Revolution did a great job improving the exterior of my rental property located in Texas township near Kalamazoo valley community College. The roofs were old and needed old shingles removed. They removed the chimney chases and repaired bad sheeting. Then they did the vinyl siding on the buildings. They were a little more challenging to work on due to the trim along the roofline being irregular. They cut the fascia back to square it up, installed new wood where the old was deteriorating and installed new house wrap. New vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts were installed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! After the recent storm in Three Rivers left our roof and siding destroyed, we were feeling completely overwhelmed. To our surprise, a few of their employees came out the very same weekend the storm hit. They brought tarps and spent their time securing our home to prevent further damage—all without us even asking and without expecting anything in return. Their compassion and willingness to help during a crisis were truly remarkable. Because of that incredible first impression, we decided to hire them for our full roof and siding replacement. They have been kind, professional, and are even working directly with our insurance company to handle the claims process. They truly saved us during a difficult time.
